This Camp is for Travel to AAA players
Session One Ages 7 to 10
On-Ice 8:30am to 10am
Off-ice training (w/ Lennart Berglund ) 10:30am to 11:30am ( running shoes, shorts & hat )
Lunch 11:45am to 12:15pm
Chalk Talk 12:15pm to 1pm
On-Ice 1:30pm to 3pm
Funtime 3:30pm to 4:30pm
Session Two Ages 11 to 15
This session will provide checking
Off-ice training ( w/ Lennart Berglund ) 8:30am to 9:30am ( running shoes, shorts & hat )
On-Ice 10am to 11:30am
Lunch 11:45am to 12:15pm
Chalk Talk 12:15pm to 1pm
Funtime 1pm to 2:30pm
On-Ice 3pm to 4:30pm
This SCE Camp will be run at a High Tempo pace throughout the week. Every player will be tested on Monday & final Day Friday for Speed & Quickness. Be ready for Advanced Powerskating/Skills Game related Flow Drills, Controlled One on One checking & Scrimmage.
Off-ice Training will be run by an SCE Certified Fitness Instructor.

All Players will receive the following:
SCE Hockey Jersey
SCE T-Shirt
Nutrionional snack & Powerade Drink daily.

Everyone brings there own Lunch!
We reccommend each player to choose a Healthy Nutrional Meal plan
This year the " Pita Pit " will offering daily Lunch Menu at a discounted rate for all players
Please be sure to bring running shoes, shorts daily.
hat & sunscreen for outside activities.
Players should bring 2 pair of skate socks daily for both on-ice & off-ice workouts
Be sure to check all equipment daily, sticks, sharp skates, laces, helmet screws etc.
